Burger Supreme GFC – Burger Seasoning & Binder Mix

Create juicy, well-seasoned burgers with Burger Supreme GFC, a complete burger seasoning and binding mix designed for minced meat. The mix already contains salt, so no additional salt is required.

Recipe / Usage Guide

For 20 kg (44 lb) of minced meat, use:

• Burger Supreme GFC: 980 g (2.16 lb)
• Cold water: Minimum 1.3 litres
• Minced meat: 20 kg (44 lb)

Method

1. Rehydrate the mix
Add 980 g of Burger Supreme GFC to at least 1.3 litres of cold water. Mix well and leave to stand for a few minutes until fully hydrated.

2. Add to the meat
Add the rehydrated mixture to 20 kg of minced meat.

3. Mix thoroughly
Knead or mix until the seasoning is evenly distributed and the meat mixture becomes sticky and well bound.

4. Form the burgers
Portion the mixture and shape into burgers of your required size.

5. Cook
Cook thoroughly to your desired doneness and serve.

Important: Burger Supreme GFC is a complete mix containing salt. Do not add extra salt.
