Our Traditional Old Time Sausage Mix is Ideal for Summer BBQ's

Our Old Time Irish Sausage Mix is a very savoury seasoning reminiscent of the traditional Olhausen sausage that gives an instantaneous burst of flavour.

With the instructions below, this seasoning is ready to provide you with a fantastic-tasting sausage.


Method 1: Using a mincer
1.    Mince all meat through a large holed plate, approx. 10mm.
2.    Add water and sausage mix, and mix well until well integrated.
3.    Re-mince through a smaller holed plate, approx. 5mm.
4.    Fill into casings and link.

Method 2: Using a bowl chopper
1.    Mince all meat through a large holed plate, approx. 10mm.
2.    Place all meat in a bowl chopper and add sausage mix.
3.    Chop on slow speed, adding water slowly until absorbed.
4.    Chop on high speed, for two and a half mins or until desired texture is attained.
5.    Fill into casings and link.
