CATEX 2011
CATEX is very busy this year and the RDS is absolutely full to the brim with lots of exciting exhibitor updates across the Catering Industry.
An International flavour to the event with teams from Germany, Iceland, Italy, Canada and 2 Teams from Ireland. Yesterday Italy won a gold and a big congratulations to Team Ireland who won silver yesterday (Desert entry below). Also pictured is Ann Maguire - GM of McDonnells who is pictured with the winner of the Knife Skills Competition and well done to all participants from yesterday.
