Who did we meet on a sun filled and rain soaked weekend in Dublin as the crowds were out in force!!!
Taste Festivals have set a new benchmark for food and drink events worldwide. The Taste formula which brings together the most acclaimed and carefully selected exhibitors in an iconic outdoor venue has proven a huge success.
Set in the beautiful surroundings of Dublin's Iveagh Gardens, twenty of the capital's most prestigious restaurants and celebrated chefs will be serving sample-sized signature dished to our sophisticated foodies this summer.

Quick Update from the Weekend..........
A very busy stand on Friday and there was a continuous flock of people to the DICK stand where they were able to purchase from within the DICK knife range for both domestic and commercial use.
Paul Rankin with Ann. One of Pauls first profesional knives was a DICK Knife and he also now uses one of our new Wacs Knife with the non-stick coating.
Catherine Fulvio from "Catherine's Italian Kitchen" as featured on RTE with Ann at the DICK stand on Sunday. Catherine is a regular user of DICK knives both within the RTE series and also in her cookery school in Ballyknocken.
Catherine tells us that she also has a new book coming out in September "Catherine's Italian Kitchen" that coincides with her new TV series to be screen on RTE1 in September and October. The book contains over 100 recipes and reflects her warmth and no-nonsense style of cooking with delicious tasty treats from Tuscany, Naples and Venice.....mmm can't wait!
